This company gave me an estimate of time , labor and cost. They not only finished on time, cleaned up after themselves …their pricing was reasonable. I was actually surprised and shocked that there were no hidden cost whatsoever (as every other contractor does). The project manager Gabriel was helpful and understanding of my needs… he removed all my carpeting and put beautiful light grey tiles even painted the trimming around my washing machine and dryer!!! This was the worst tile and grouting job I’ve ever had done. The tiles were not cut correctly, the grout was applied improperly, and as a result, water began leaking. Now my entire bathroom needs to be redone at a significant cost. I hired them based on their 4.9-star rating, but my experience makes me question how that’s possible. Superior Tile did two major (at least for us) projects in our condominium….. The first required raising about 1/4 of the area to level the surfaces before installing the tile. …… the second.. the updating of two bathroom areas… Both done in our absence with great project update communication…. Pricing was reasonable… commitment to the schedule was great…… quality of the work was excellent .. on time and on budget…… to give you an idea of their customer service….. two years after, we had a small issue with one of the sliding ... read more

Our shop had multiple leaks which caused immense damage to our drywall and our lounge room. However, Mr. Gabriel and his team came out and executed the repair in matter of time.
