Let me start by saying I reached out to several supplement manufacturers when starting our company to make a product I had formulated. Several never replied or responded back. Working with Phil was such a pleasure. Looking back, I had a lot of questions and saw that our first email chain was over 30 emails long. His customer service was great and he continued to provide updates throughout production, shoutout to Stephenie from the graphic design department too for working through an issue with me. It also helped that their price and minimum order quantity was competitive to the 4 other quotes I received. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
My experience with Superior supplement has been a complete display of unprofessionalism and disregard. I contacted Superior about a custom supplement and spoke to a representative, who seemed initially excited and informative of creating my supplement. He told me it would be 5-10 business days till I recieve a quotation.
