Dirty. They never take the trash out. There is always trash and junk laying around. There are units that have had their locking mechanism sawed out. They don't answer their phones and will charge you for the unit after you've moved out of it's too close to the billing date.
This is a scam, the building must be for show. I am new in town and need a place to store belongings near the north side of town. this is a web based rental with no local office. The contact is one direction only with no contact back. Due to a number mistake the first transaction was declined, but then was accepted the second try, but not matched with the rental unit. that is $122, with no way to recover.
