Knowledgeable and friendly.
I wanted them to do the job but a $100.00 prevented that outcome.
They made a mistake in the sink cutout and had to cut the cabinet frame to make it fit. It is now off center. When I showed it to the office he told me things like this happen in construction. I am a contractor myself and yes mistakes happen but it’s what you do about it that matters.
I have heard great things about superior, so my partner and I were thrilled to get a quote from them for a shower re-tiling job. Unfortunately, the sales person we have been dealing with has been less than pleasant. We have waited for days for even a ballpark estimate, and when asking about the hold-up, we were met with nothing but hostility. We were told that they had “bigger jobs than just a shower”.
