I worked with Craig throughout our kitchen counter replacement project. I walked in to his office not knowing anything about the different countertop materials and didn’t know what I wanted. I wanted them to do the job but a $100.00 prevented that outcome.
They made a mistake in the sink cutout and had to cut the cabinet frame to make it fit. It is now off center. When I showed it to the office he told me things like this happen in construction. I am a contractor myself and yes mistakes happen but it’s what you do about it that matters.
