Locally and family owned business is for real SUPERIOR! Consistently earning 5 star ratings, stains GONE, carpets restored, and neighborly, attentive, customer service.
Excellent service provided by Shaun. Quite happy with the results. As a pet owner, the carpet receives more dirt than normal and figured I would look for a company local to me. Shaun was on time and provided a great service.
I had Shaun out to clean my carpets today. Positive aspects were that he showed up on time and also moved some things around to aid in facilitating the cleaning and vacuumed one area before cleaning. He did not clean the edges of the carpet. He did not remove many of the spots and dirty areas on the carpets and steps. Because he was working by himself he did not move many pieces of furniture and clean behind them and underneath them. The guy who cleaned my carpet promised that the marks from the furniture will be gone after carpet dryers in 3 hours. When I came back next day the marks were still there even after very light furniture. The man cleaned 4 rooms in about 45 minutes. It’s not enough for that big area.I knew that something is not right after he refused to take the tip.
This is a one-man operation - he gets it right. Excellent communication throughout, on time, extremely skilled, knowledgable, professional, and efficient, and a fair price. Our carpets look great. We will be repeat customers.
