Reasonably priced and professionally carried out. However the warranty is very short (5 years) and that is unfortunate as our roof that was done 7 years ago is now showing signs of deterioration. Other roofing companies that we approached have said that the old spray foam installation now has to be scraped off before they can go ahead with applying a membrane that has a 20 year warranty... Something to keep in mind.
