My wife and I bought a Jotul gas stove from Superior Hearth, Spas and Leisure in Avon, Ct in November 2015. Unfortunately, we have had very little use of the stove. The issues began even before the installation. We purchased a Jotul Direct Vent Allagash natural gas stove with installation for over $5500. When the installers came with the stove, they told us that they could not fit the venting into our chimney.
