I've had Superior Spa and Pool service my pool for 10 years. Royce and his staff are always a pleasure to deal with. Any time there is a problem with my pool Royce always let's me know " we're on it" and sends someone over right away to service. I highly recommend Superior Spa and Pool.

I ordered a heater for my jacuzzi on a Wednesday. By Tuesday of the next week I had no received any shipping information. Note this was supposed to be ground shipping I believe, and granted it was "free shipping." However feel a week to even start to ship is too long. So I clicked the address off the ****** invoice and sent an email requesting an update. I received a mail failure notification that the address did not exist. Rockton, IL. ***** 815-******** Hello BBB Late Wednesday after regular business hours, customer R L placed his order with us for a Cal Spas heater (not a Jacuzzi heater because we do not sell Jacuzzi parts). The next morning the customer’s order was reviewed. Our policy is that parts are shipped on a first come first shipped basis.
