I have not actually been to this business but as someone who has a business myself I figure this review is about as fair as Matt's above. You can't review a service if you have never actually hired the service, there are a million reasons someone may have not answered the phone, and very few of them could warrant tarnishing an online reputation by unilaterally branding them as a 1 star venue.
