Took these idiots literally a quarter of a year to get my car done. Avoid this place at all cost. Owner is rude too.
SSI is top-notch! The owner, Rick, is a stand-up guy who made me feel welcome and took excellent care diagnosing the issues with my 2002 WRX. From the initial call to diagnosis, repair, and getting back on the road, everything was handled in just a few hours—at an unbeatable price. His team was incredibly helpful, offering pointers and suggestions for other maintenance outside the scope of the immediate work. 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone, especially if you own a Subaru. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help guide you with vehicle maintenance and future plans or modifications.
