Doug and his crew are fantastic...can't recommend them enough. We have an array of 53 panels, and after years of ignoring them we decided to get some issues fixed. Doug helped me through the process and gave me a very reasonable price on getting a bunch of microinverters replaced. His team was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Thanks so much, Doug and Crew. Was a little bit leary with the upfront cost of solar but Drew did a great job of making me feel comfortable trusting in the product. It's a small outfit and I had to stay on them but every interaction iv had has been top notch in care and quality.
Process went smoothly once I decided to go with a HELOC instead of a loan. The timelines were accurate and the people were friendly and informative (Drew and Doug). Installation only took a few hours over the course of two days and the Enphase system lets me know how much electricity is being produced. Very transparent and clean process!
Superior Solar Design was amazing, from start to finish. Drew, the salesperson, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Our project included solar panels and a battery backup. The installation was quick, and the installation team cleaned up the site when they finished. The technicians were knowledgeable. I had a good follow-up from the owner, Doug. We love watching our Enphase app to see the panels and battery at work.
