Was a little bit leary with the upfront cost of solar but Drew did a great job of making me feel comfortable trusting in the product. It's a small outfit and I had to stay on them but every interaction iv had has been top notch in care and quality.
Process went smoothly once I decided to go with a HELOC instead of a loan. The timelines were accurate and the people were friendly and informative (Drew and Doug). Installation only took a few hours over the course of two days and the Enphase system lets me know how much electricity is being produced. Very transparent and clean process!
Superior Solar Design was amazing, from start to finish. Drew, the salesperson, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. Our project included solar panels and a battery backup. The installation was quick, and the installation team cleaned up the site when they finished. The technicians were knowledgeable. I had a good follow-up from the owner, Doug. We love watching our Enphase app to see the panels and battery at work.

We've had our solar panels installed on February 2023 and have not had to pay for any electricity since except for the $10 Peco Customer Charge. Doug and his son, Drew, are great and courteous and they explained every single step of the process to us from assessing energy usage, quoting a price, installation, and configuration.
