We are returning customers and recently reached out to have our garage door opener replaced. Jay came out to install a new LiftMaster opener for us. He took extra time to check out some other problems we had with the springs and pulleys and fixed those as well. Jay also made sure our cars were connected properly to the new opener and showed us how everything worked. The new unit is super quiet and the installation was done perfectly.
