Best place in Richmond fast efficient price is great Hugo is very polite and i recommend this place to everyone seeking to get their vehicle smoged.

Was told that a smog test would cost $80. Eighty dollars!?! Two years ago I paid $29 plus $8 for the certificate at a small smog shop in Berkeley. Can't believe that a smog in Richmond now costs more than twice as much. But that's what I was told (presumably by the smog guy) at Superior Smog.
