Bought my bed from amanda andTony at the Ventura Fair . The most comfortable bed ever. Made a big difference in our sleep. So much better.
We went to a Home show in Toms River, NJ and came across Brian at the Superior Sleep exhibit. He was so knowledgeable and patient in explaining every function of the bed, we bought the Split King. He then connected us with customer service to set up delivery. Ellie in customer service went above and beyond in clearing up some issues we had with the delivery service. We bought ours Sept 2024, slept great and worked great for 8 months. The massager quit working, we called to get warranty on it the first of June and have made several follow up calls with NO call backs. It's crazy to spend thousands on a bed and not get the service you were promised. I would not and will not recommend or buy from this company again. If they make it right I will update my review.
Great sales and service. Best sleep we've had in years, and my snoring and sleep apnea are reduced significantly.
In 2023 we bought a Medium density King bed from Amanda with Superior Sleep and haven't looked back. It has helped my husband's and my backs and just provides a solid night's sleep. The adjustable base allows custom support settings for after extra achy days of yard work and construction. The customer service is excellent for all questions.
