I called Greg Dicarlo of "Superior" Siding & Windows on Friday 7 Feb after a tree came crashing on top of my roof and breaking a window. This was the rudest man I have ever dealt with. He was snide and belittling and clearly does not want to deal with women. I am so grateful he is not the only dealer for Simonton brand windows in town. After being so rude he then tries to rob me by charging more than double the price offered by Scott at Eastern Aluminum.
