Quality shed and quality service. I had some issues dealing with my HOA. Tom was very helpful in assisting me in dealing with the HOA’s requests; his timeliness in responding aided me it getting my approval quickly. The gentlemen who delivered the shed were courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job in setting up and anchoring the shed, making sure I was happy with everything before finishing.
I see most folks are happy with their Sheds mine is a disaster. Nothing is on is on center & the floor is high in the center. They scheduled an appointment to look at my shed and they were a no show. They didn't have the courtsey to call so my wife and I waited hoe all day.
Worked with Tom to get a new custom shed. He was very accommodating with my needs. Ordered a custom size, floor less, aluminum shed. Shed was delivered just as ordered and the delivery guys were fantastic.
Thank you to Tom and his entire crew at Superior Sheds in delivering quality and integrity from start to finish in customer service as well as the construction of our shed. Well done! Tom took great care of my aunt in her purchase a few years ago and she highly recommended superior sheds. We do too! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.
