Originally, I thought the review that I would leave would be much less than two stars. With slow delivery and delivery dates that were promised, the items not showing, I decided to call the local branch, and Colton answered the phone. Colton made this a five-star transaction, even though our package just wasn't originally delivered when it was supposed to be by a day. ABF gave my product to superior. I call superior to schedule a time. Dispatch told me delivery between 9 and 4. I work on the road so my wife would have to be there. But she could only be there between 9 and 2. Superior told me they would not work with on times. So I rolled the dice on the delivery time. Anyway they delivered when we weren’t home. I called them back they now told me they will be charging a storage fee now. I would not use this carrier ever

This shipping company is TERRIBLE! They’ve delivered multiple shipments to wrong addresses over 45 minutes away from destination that WE had to correct. My most recent issue with them is having a SCHEDULED delivery that I had to use PTO for, and they completely blew me off. No calls, no heads up, no apologies. Just whatever! They’re ignoring all of my calls! I HIGHLY recommend using a different company - even if it means paying a little more! SST is garbage!

Dealing with SST has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years
