Andy is the best! He is fast and professional. He is also considerate about the needs of his customers. We’re going to stick with Andy for all of our HVAC needs.
Andy came out on a Saturday to fix our AC problem. He was quick and thorough and very reasonably priced. We are very happy with the service!
My A/C suddenly stopped cooling properly. I called Superior Service after hours (9:15 p.m.) and left a message. Andy responded within 10 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He arrived on time, with a call ahead. Andy was very knowledgeable and let me know exactly what the issue was. Our A/C was not cooling properly. So we called Andy at Superior Service Heating and Cooling. Andy came out the same day. He Arrived promptly shortly before at our 3pm appointment. He’s was very polite, knowledgeable and let us know what the issue was right away. He fixed the unit and our A/C works great! We are looking to replace the unit shortly due to it’s an older unit and we want to upgrade. Andy is definitely who we will call. Steven a Norma Hunt, Senoia .
