Highly recommended for ac repairs and advice. The technician came and sorted the leak from our ducted ac indoor unit, which is in a really tight roof space. He was very honest and super helpful. It was such a relief to have a knowledgeable and skilled technician just diagnose and fix the issue preventing us from using our ac in hot weather. This company were great! I had a quote and inspection from a different company who told me my compressor had definitely gone, however said given the age of my unit I should think about replacing it as costs can escalate to figure out what was wrong with my unit. I called this company for a second opinion, and the technician came out on time, and explained things to me clearly. This company were very quick to contact me and were able to come to my house within 24 hours of my contacting them. Ours is a ducted reversal cycle 4 zone system. Over three very closely spaced visits, the problem was diagnosed, parts sourced and installed, the units checked and working. The guys were always on time, friendly and efficient. The pricing was good value. I highly recommend.
The technician and his team replaced my old ac with a completely new system with new ducting and a mitsubishi motor. Very happy and satisfied with the completed job which did not impact on my day to day business. Would certainly recommend this company.
