Driver was not personable and slapped my septic tank lids cracked them
This company is completely unprofessional when it comes to emergencies. We were told we would get our septic pumped Tuesday around 2. Got home around 10pm and nothing was done. We called the next morning and we were told they would be here today. 4:00 comes and no calls and guess what they are still not here. They are unprofessional and bad communicators. 10/10 would NEVER recommend.

Looks like I've been ghosted. Was told they called 811 for the dig. Called 811, no records about our address. Definitely lied. Called several times and left messages. No reply. I'm done. Moved on to another company. 811 was called and next day things were marked. Imagine that.
