The man who came out was very efficient and friendly. We didn’t know where our tank was so he located it with a tracker and answered all our young children’s questions while he worked. They certainly enjoyed watching him and learning about septics!
Absolutely amazing!!!! They came the same day I called- I was backing up, they came and got inlet cleared, inlet tank and the secondary tank cleared, gave me some help with my filter after cleaning it :):) very happy, look forward to calling them again for my next pumping- Jen is an excellent contact there, she handled everything smoothly and has such care for people. I am beyond pleased and will recommend to everyone I know i our area! Support Local! Support Superior Septic!
The gentlemen who serviced my septic tank last week were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. They were very timely. The woman who answered the original phone call was so helpful and understood my predicament immediately. I will be calling them again and recommending them to anyone who has an issue. Pricing was great. Thank you very much!!!! I wrote this review on Yelp as well.
