I called Craig to inspect the septic of a house I am purchasing that is a flip, he informed me that he thought I would be wasting my money and time for him to come and inspect because the septic has not been used for years. He explained as much as he could to me and gave me some pointers and advice on what I should do next. You don’t see that kind of honesty in the world anymore. I 100% recommend. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He also told me I could call him anytime if I had any questions!
Very rude and not pleasant to work with. Made me feel extremely stupid and was VERY pushy. He was asking me things I couldn’t answer so I gave him my realtors number to call and have anything answered as I am a first time home buyer. He then told me he didn’t have time to call a realtor but had time to email and text me multiple times. I’m am not happy with how I was treated or spoken to.

Craig and crew were very helpful, answered all of my questions, imparted additional knowledge and got the job done quickly... less than a week after I called. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing septic system advice and work.
"Superior" doesn't even begin to describe it. Craig was excellent. Personable, professional, and patient with all my questions. He also took it upon himself to go to Derry town hall to find our when our system was replace. I couldn't be happier.
