“Very dependable company. Office Employees are dedicated and very knowledgeable.” They work really hard at taking care of us. Everybody in the office is very nice and understanding. If I need to make changes in my schedule they are very helpful and flexible. This company really cares about both office and field staff. Very dissatisfied with this company and the care of my elder. They do not communicate they do not tell you whether you're gonna have a caretaker and what time they will be there. When you call the tell them that no one has showed up and are you gonna have a caretaker today they tell you that they're still looking now will work on getting someone there which never happens that's a guarantee that you're not gonna have anyone that day They also don't do Significant background checks because one of the caretakers we had one ment... read more
