Superior Senior Care is the best around. The administrator at the fort smith office goes above and beyond and works long hours to make sure her clients are well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this place!! The staff is amazing and it's the best place to work, Cassandra is amazing and so is all the wonderful ladies there! The best work environment and I adore the ladies keep it up superior yall rock!!!!
I have been with the company for a bout a year on and off. I have had more days missed than covered. I get 4 hours a day Monday through Friday. Seldom get a call or text ect from any one. Some times I call 3 or 4 times a day to see if any is coming or not. The caregiver is supposed to be here at 3pm though 7pm. When I do call they are saying do u want us to keep looking for someone to cover ur shifts? I'm thinking really r u serious. I'm like yes.
