My 70+ mother had a small unit here for ten plus years, we asked if we could end service before payment due date. We lost key asked if he would drill out lock 15 fee. Okay I said but he couldn't get to it today. He made a date and time for me to call him and meet him. He was not there he told me to call his receptionist Monday.
