I would not use this company again no matter how big a bind I was in. They showed up 5 hours later than they told us. They replaced my a/c unit while we were in the area. The next week while in New Orleans water was rushing in through the newly replaced unit. I called Jamie, texted him and could not get a response. I called from a different number and got an answer, he said he'd call around to see what he could do for me since I was in New Orleans and I could never get a hold of him again after that. Go figure.
