Great propane pricing and the mechanical people are wonderful. Front of house staff: very dry, apathetic, and tbh it felt like an animal shelter in there. I’m not a dog person and the owner’s dogs followed me around and jumped onto my chest. The entire time and she made some half-hearted attempt to pull them back and softly said their names. We've been a customer of Superior since early 2022. Absolutely loved them and recommended them to everyone. Even had the park we work camped at make them the only one we recommended to guests. Fast forward to late 2025 we got back from our summer travels in early November. I talked to my guy there to give him a heads up that we'd be back soon and needed a bunch of stuff done. I wanted a new quiet AC installed in my LTV 24TB. The FB page for my RV said I should take it to Stuart FL or Elkhart IN to have the new Gree AC installed because it was “tricky” and only one company and certified dealers could do it. I took a chance and tried the guys at Superior and they did the install in 5 hours and it works perfectly. Saved a bunch and did it locally. Superior will be getting my business in the future. Knowledgable and Professional people in addition to being very nice!
