Have brought a number of rugs to be cleaned by Superior but beware of the difference between rug cleaning and washing. I contend they do a poor job of cleaning the rugs, after opening the wrapping and shaking out the rugs dirt and sand came out. When I notified the management in an e-mail to Aaron I never received even a call back or an apology. Best cleaning of my Oriental rug - Great service – I received great service and my Oriental rug was beautifully cleaned. Their price for cleaning was much less then other cleaners. They completly launder the rug not just surface clean like in-home cleaners do. I give them my best rating. They are a 10!
