Hunter was great; he kept us informed throughout the entire process from inspection (he was at our house with the insurance adjuster) to contacts with our homeowners insurance company covering the roof replacement due to hail damage, to transparency regarding the costs and billing process, and he also kept us informed through phone calls and emails regarding any other information that we needed to forward to him from our insurance company. They even worked with our insurance company's adjuster after we filed a claim to point out the hail damage that happened.
