Witnessed a Superior Roofing crew doing siding work on a boom lift fully extended, with two wheels parked on grass next to a townhouse rather than on stable, level ground. The crew had placed cardboard on the grass under the front wheels — but cardboard does nothing to address the real problem: aerial lifts are only rated for firm, engineered surfaces, and soft/uneven ground dramatically reduces stability, especially with the boom extended. Superior came in to help us sort out a leak in our vents. We have a 3 story house and the guys had to come in thru the house to access roof. They were polite and efficient. Would highly recommend! Pricing also very reasonable.
