Justin put a new roof and gutters on our house in 2020. Ida damaged our gutters and when we called to see if he could replace them or at least give us the exact color he never called back. Now we have a leak and can’t get in touch with him. It’s only been 2 years!!
Unable to get return call to buy something. Wonder how they handle complaints?
We are so pleased with Superior Roofing Gutters & Exteriors. Justin Shannon was so helpful and always returned our calls promptly answering our questions and concerns. His crew worked hard and gave us the roof we truly wanted. With so many people needing help after Hurricane Ida, Justin went the “extra mile” by going to Macomb, MS to purchase the shingles we wanted for our new roof which is beautiful! We would highly recommend Superior Roofing.
Update. Mike installed a beautiful roof and replaced a missing gutter, and it all went seamlessly. I really can't recommend a nicer guy or a better roofer. He's qualified with a couple companies (we ended up with Atlas shingles) so that we get a longer warranty, and he also gives a 10 year warranty on his install. No one does that. The actual process was just easy, no problems. **** They have been so willing and helpful after the last hurricane, came first thing in the morning after the storm. tremendous.
