I expected the shingle repair to address all visible issues, and the work was completed with noticeable attention to detail, matching my expectations.
I was initially concerned about the complexity of fixing a roof leak, but the service was thorough and appears to have resolved the issue effectively. The technicians were professional and took time to explain each step of the repair process
Efficient repair stopped the persistent leak.
The quoted price was more competitive than others I received, and the installation crew completed the flat roof install in just under two days, showing a clear understanding of how to manage the complexities involved. While this was my first time using their services, their attention to detail left a positive impression.
I was initially concerned about the extent of the damage, but they assessed it accurately and completed the repairs in just over two hours. After a few days and some rain, everything still looks intact with no signs of leakage.
