My dad has been a resident at Superior for 2+ years now. Its his home. He has made friends with residents and staff and loves them all. When there have been issues of concern the staff has been quick to resolve them. I am an RN and worked in home care for 14+years. Ive been in and out of many ALF's and memory care facilities in Central Florida during my time. Superior is one of the few that has maintained the same staff for years. They treat their residents like family and that makes all the difference.
They are so rude and unfair to some employees.
Superior Residences has the best staff ever!
Both my mom and dad were there and received excellent attention. Altogether my mom was there probably six years. The Facility was clean, the food was delicious, The activities they had planned were great and the people that work there were superior. They loved it and so did my mom!
We have been a part of the Superior family for six years. What a blessing to have them caring for our 92 year old.
