My experience with Superior Remodeling and Maintenance was mixed. The roof installation itself appears to have been completed professionally. The crew arrived as scheduled, the work was completed in a timely manner, and the job site was cleaned up afterward. Based on workmanship alone, I would have given a higher rating. Unfortunately, the company has failed to provide a significant part of what was promised in our written contract. We had Superior complete some siding work on our home, and we could not be happier with the experience. Tony and Juve were professional, thorough, and truly went above and beyond. During the project, they discovered additional issues that needed repair and took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure the problems were addressed properly. We hired Superior Remodeling & Maintenance to remove and replace the tile and carpet and paint the entire 1st floor of our house. We value and appreciate the open communication with the owner Tony Coletta. His team, as always, was friendly, professional, highly skilled, and here when they said they would be.
