We hired Superior Remodeling & Maintenance to remove and replace the tile and carpet and paint the entire 1st floor of our house. We value and appreciate the open communication with the owner Tony Coletta. His team, as always, was friendly, professional, highly skilled, and here when they said they would be. Had good business dealings with Tony for many years and hired him based on my neighbor's projects and reviews to replace our pergola. The plan was to do an exact duplicate of the previous pergola with improvements to the water damage prevention. The crew had to be told twice to add cross sections for appearance and support. Had to have them return three times to properly do the flashing for water damage prevention. Warped boards were installed, leaving large and very noticeable gaps between main and cross boards.
