I contracted Superior Remodelers for replacing 8 windows, and I am very satisfied with the whole experience, starting with the sales process where they were informative and not pushy and came prepared with computer applications that showed realistically what the different windows would look installed, even sending renderings from the outside of my own house to compare between regular double hung and bucket windows. More concerned about me and my home and a satisfying me then making money. He focused on what my needs were and what my intentions were and he turned around and quenched the sale based on the way he presented himself and the product and the company. Booked with Superior for a surprise birthday gift : was looking for ideas for my husband- who is the man who has everything. Our experience was perfect. Booking was a snap , responses to questions were provided rapidly and our 2 person Sauna was clean and ready to start up immediately upon delivery. I can’t say enough good things about this service and I highly recommend them. I will definitely book again.
