Absolutely AWFUL management. I got an email last night, just before the office closed, from the manager ****** letting me know that my outrageous $75 late fee still hasnt been paid and if I dont pay it by the 15th, it will double to $150. A $75 late fee mind you that was charged to my account for paying my rent TWO days late. They simply won't fix anything. They will spend more time trying to find new and creative ways to make any issue in the house the tennents fault. I've read all the reviews and it seems everyone has the same problems with this agency. The lack of respect and rude dialect from the manager, not to mention the condescending attitude from most in the office leaves a a feeling that maybe you made a mistake. I don't want anyone to have to contend with what we had to deal with. Buyer or renter beware.

Due to the resident's failure to meet multiple rent and utility commitments, the owner opted to not renew the lease. After the resident received notice, this complaint was filed.Residents are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their guests. ALL submitted work orders for this resident were completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
Tom Howard and superior rental team is a joke! By far the worst rental company I EVER dealt with. Rented a home from Tom it had a leak problem. It was leaking In the basement leak in the kitchen leak in the bathroom had an out rages water bill Tom said that we were responsible for the payment after numerous a time the maintenance guy said it was fixed. I rented a house. Superior Rental was the management company for the landlord. I had never had an experience with a management company but in the beginning of my search it was pleasant. Once they got me in the Manager Tom ****** flipped his entire demeanor. He is not a pleasant people person. Very rude. At the end of my move they kept our entire security deposit but $73.25. I have been renting form Superior for over 5 years and I have had nothing but great experiences! Tom and his team are very quick to respond and they complete maintenance/repairs quickly. They have always treated me fairly and respectfully and I recommend Superior to everyone I know!
