I had an extremely upsetting experience with Superior Ready Mix Concrete. My contractor — not me — ordered concrete from them for my backyard remodel. The delivery trucks arrived and poured the concrete, but then the company turned around and demanded that I personally pay the bill, even though I never placed the order and had already paid my contractor for both labor and materials. Poor communication. This company refuses to accept liability for damage to my property even after presented with evidence. They make it almost impossible to get in contact with anyone who can help.
Terrible weights and measures,,,, super wet, fuel charge from Escondido to Encinitas exstreamly unsatisfied i ordered dryer slump and got a weter DO NOT USE FOR A SMALLER JOB they created a big issue for me
Superior has been selling concrete using contaminated aggregates for the past 5 years. There’s something in the mix that will cause pop outs on the surface. On some jobs you will get a few but in others It will get out of control. Superior is aware of the situation and have a clause on the invoice that says pop outs are normal on concrete and they’re not responsible.
