Poor communication. This company refuses to accept liability for damage to my property even after presented with evidence. They make it almost impossible to get in contact with anyone who can help.

Superior has been selling concrete using contaminated aggregates for the past 5 years. There’s something in the mix that will cause pop outs on the surface. On some jobs you will get a few but in others It will get out of control. Superior is aware of the situation and have a clause on the invoice that says pop outs are normal on concrete and they’re not responsible. Such an unprofessional team, poor customer service and no appreciation for the business they get. Managers and team are very condescending and rude. It seems like they feel so secure of their position in the market that they just don't care how their customer service comes across. I'm a contractor and always take my customer's comments very seriously, and try to always be emphatic to all concerns, but to Superior Ready Mix is just not the case.
