We came in for a Boston brace our daughter has severe scoliosis. After the fitting we went home the next day we received a call from Superior to inform us that the company who makes the brace emailed them to say it will be 3 weeks before the can make it. They asked us to come back following day and do new measurements as Cary Frounfelter was not waiting that long knowing the severity of her spine and knowing she needs it ASAP 3 days later they called us to come in as he made it himself. The Front office staff was kind and compassionate. The entire process took less than an hour in total. Working with Edgardo Hernandez was a pleasure, he pays attention to patient concerns and conversational topics; you can truly see that he puts his "ALL" into helping his patients reach their absolute Prime and Maximum Potential. 10/10
Fabulous and friendly
I would recommend anyone looking for athletic braces look elsewhere. "superior" Prosthetics & Orthotics strung us along for months! They kept blaming insurance or the orthopedics office for not being able to source the materials we needed or delay in receiving equipment. My son needed an athletic knee brace and was fitted AT LEAST 3 times by these incompetent people.
