These guys always take care of both our pool and hot tub at Crunch Meridian!! The guys that work for them are AMAZING!! I’ve seen other jobs they do and every time they all come out looking immaculate!!
Like other negative reviews for Teri’s pool and spa or Superior pools whichever their going by now. (and purchased multiple pool companies like Absolute) Teri’s company has the worse customer service and I’ve even spoken with her multiple times so no wonder the employees are as horrible as she is. No communication, doesn’t answer the phone, no return calls, no shows on appointments, anything that goes wrong with the company is the customers fault. Always a great experience. We have been working with them for years and they always go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.
Absolutely horrible customer service from the office manager! She was extremely rude, argumentative, lied multiples times (then continued to gaslight me when I called her out on it, and said she never said that even though she did 5 minutes prior), at the end of the day she was not at all interested in helping me figure out how to fix her own mistake and just denied she made a mistake at all. Horrendous experience. I would NOT recommend this company. If if you need a pool company, Superior Solutions was wonderful!
