Always a great experience. We have been working with them for years and they always go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.
Absolutely horrible customer service from the office manager! She was extremely rude, argumentative, lied multiples times (then continued to gaslight me when I called her out on it, and said she never said that even though she did 5 minutes prior), at the end of the day she was not at all interested in helping me figure out how to fix her own mistake and just denied she made a mistake at all. Horrendous experience. I would NOT recommend this company. If if you need a pool company, Superior Solutions was wonderful!
We started using Superior starting last fall to close our pool, this spring to open, and were going to get some repairs done as well. They estimated that they would be able to get them done at the end of June. When I have repeatedly inquired I was always told they would have someone out the next day or week, but nobody has ever followed through. Our pool was a mess. Many of the pools services were not interested in servicing out in Western Canyon County. I called Superior on Saturday and the came out the following Monday. Trey was our service tech, despite an injury to his leg, he came and went to work right away. He listened to our issues, and said he would solve the problems and not to worry.
