It’s a bit of an old-fashioned operation where you have to call to schedule a visit etc, but the guy shows up when he says and is super helpful. He didn’t try to upsell me at all, gave me tips on how to maintain the pool on my own, and even gave me helpful tips for other home maintenance. He only charged me for a 30 min visit and charged me less than the pool supply store for the stuff he used.
There are many pool options but Superior really has come in handy when others haven’t. Eric was always responsive, very informative and ready to help. There is a higher cost for quality service but that’s the thing, you get what you pay for and the price with Eric is always fair.
What a waste of time! Took them 3 days to call me back for a quote. Then, he blew up my phone calling me with multiple phone calls before leaving a message. Walked in and took one look at my pool and isn't interested in my job because we have raised rocks on one side of our pool. He is only interested in "easy jobs". Don't waste your time!
