This is not a pool supply this is a place to buy a recreational toys but if you need something for you equipment don’t waste your time come in here nobody is going to help you not even try
Called to get information on a product and the guy asked if i had an account , i said no because i wanted to see if they had what i was looking for and he hung up immediately. Not even a call back.
Not very helpful. Could not buy anything due to that I did not have an account even though I’m a contractor said it would take 2 to 3 days to set up an account. All I needed was to go to O-rings that probably cost him a dollar each little ridiculous as far as I’m concerned.
Do not buy from this company. They don't stand behind their products or their guarantee. Their salt cell didn't work and they wouldn't fully refund my money despite my many attempts to work with them.
