Office called to confirm hydrogen peroxide inventory. Was told they have it. Sent the tech 30 minutes drive from South county. Upon arrival, we were told we need a wholesale account, requiring a swimming pool specific license. No idea why our general contractors license is not good enough.. When asked to confirm the project in stock before going through the account setup, the associate at the will call desk refused to even confirm they have it.
