Horrible experience. I have a commercial account been active 12 years. Kid behind counter did not want to help, had to ask for a manager for him to do the work he is paid to do. Going to American from now on. Avoid superior
Worst customer service ever!!! Recommend going somewhere else.
Staff is nice. Free ice is nice. Store and its parent company suck. They seldom have parts needed to do repairs and they are a rinky dink store that is generally poorly stocked. Not much use to professional service people. Overpriced on what they do have. Also, don't try to return any refillable chlorine and acid cases or bottles, they won't refund them. American Pool Products right around the corner is a much better outfit. Consumers be thankful that they don't want your business, you're much better off at a Leslie's.
Friendly and helpful staff. If they don’t have it? They will get it for you quickly.
