WE BOUGHT A HOT TUB FROM SUPERIOR POLLS IN MAY OF 2007. BEFORE THE FIRST YEAR WAS UP ONE OF THE JETS BROKE. THEY FIX IT WITH A DIFFERENT KIND. THEN IN EARLY 2009 ANOTHER ONE BROKE. WE HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BUT A RUN AROUND. THEY ARE TELLING US THAT THEY NO LONGER MAKE THAT BRAND. THEN THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT WITH JETS THAT DOES NOT FIX. THAT WAS BACK IN APRIL. IT IS NOW THE END OF MAY AND STILL NO WORD. TO BE SUCH A GOOD COMPANY THEY HAVE NOT STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT.
