Love the desk people but why does it take 30 mins just to get a 50lb stabilizer. Anything from the warehouse is a 30 min wait minimum and I find that a bit crazy when they have 4 people back there at a time
A friend recommended this store to us, but I didn't like the service. I think the employees need training on how to better treat their customers. I went into the store and spent 20 minutes looking for what I needed, and while I waited for my husband so we could choose what we wanted, no one came to talk to us during that time. As if that wasn't enough, they simply turned off the lights while my husband and I were still looking at their products. Best service friendly staff
If i can give them zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible at the front desk and very rude. We are longstanding customers and want to make it so difficult to pick up product to our jobs.
