Stopped in the store today and purchased a 10lb bucket of trichlor, which I guess I should have brought a scale with me but I didn’t. Went ahead and purchased the bucket and took it to the job, when we opened it up it was only 8lbs not 10. When we called the store to see if they had any integrity to either refund the difference or give us 2 additional pounds, the manager Zach left us on hold for 10 minutes before we called back again, and seemed to not be very concerned at all.
