I have an account here but most common parts are not in stock, the new 360 is very frustrating and most of the time does not work, I have explained my frustrations with my rep but it seems not much has changed. I have also been buying oem parts from other suppliers in different states and even amazon as their retail prices are less than my wholesale prices, and that is very disappointing.
