Very friendly and helpful staff!
For the most part, our family had an enjoyable experience on the pontoon. Unfortunately, we were impacted by Riptide Ride's reckless driving that put half the boat underwater. When we got back to Superior Pontoon, they said the exact thing that happened to us has happened to others multiple times this year but did not seem concerned. Stay as far away as possible from the Riptide Ride boats since they do not care about others on the water.
We rented a pontoon this week..Beware of the Riptide Ride! They create huge waves and you are on your own to navigate them. They will get really close to you and cut you off. They sunk half of our pontoon, damaging the front gate and we nearly fell in and lost our belongings! Very scary. Staff told us after we got back this has happened before. Someone needs to do something about this problem !
Pontoon was great! Everyone was nice and helpful. We had a great time until the end when riptide rides almost capsized us.
