Our group of 6 adults experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. The owner's daughter did an excellent job preparing us for our adventure. Lake Superior was calm the day of our trip, so that helped make our day perfect. It was spectacular viewing Pictured Rocks from our own personal water craft.
We loved getting a pontoon from Superior Pontoon Rentals and spending the day at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. Clean, well-maintained pontoon boats. Reasonable prices. The young people on the dock were incredibly helpful.
Boat and service was fine EXCEPT! There is a lot of poison ivy growing into the walking path and on the deck steps. I’m very allergic to it. Even being cautious I was still within 3” of the plant that could ruin my vacation. I have pictures.
Had a great time and very friendly people who run it rented from them 15 years ago and recently returned. Very nice pontoons definitely worth it
Great pepole to work with everyone was very nice will be back agin.
