Why is there no zero option? We bought a condo in August 2025. Everything about the condo in Newmarket has been amazing except that it is serviced by Superior Plus Propane. Signed up years ago when it was Salem Propane and promised in writing no fees no forced dispatch no minimum usage forever and now all of the sudden since it is now Superior Plus Propane they are extorting us for minimum usage fees and or tank rental fees DoBusiness At Your Own Risk! Not a caring or reputable company.Sent us a bill for 94.00 for not being able to afford propane for 2025
Not sure what happened to this company, never had issues when it was Rymes. My 120gallon tank was at 30%+ and they said they delivered 69 gallons but my tank sits at 60%. The numbers don’t add up. They definitely ripped me off and I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me. Definitely don’t recommend this company.
They purchased a local company that we were previously using. They came to repair and service our boiler but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed. Came back a week later to fix it again and it still wasn’t fixed. They came back to fix it a third time and finally got it repaired but I was charged for labor on all 3 visits. I called to dispute the charges and they said it would be reviewed. Three weeks later I called back and they said they would review the charges.
