I am a new customer and was almost out of propane. The company went out of its way to deliver for me today instead of within ten days as I was first told. We would have been out of propane and very cold. Thank you Superior Plus! Excellent company!

Do NOT use this company. They lack professionalism and integrity and do not follow through with service calls. Poor business practices.

I am on auto-fill and auto-pay, but they let my propane run out on a Saturday. When I called, customer service wasted time asking for my last invoice amount instead of helping. Even though it was their mistake, they refused an emergency weekend delivery and told me to wait until next week. They showed zero care for a loyal customer having guests over. I am now looking to cancel both my residential and commercial accounts.

I was at OSU fighting for my life with cancer. I called and told them not to put no propane in the tank as I was not home. They put it in anyhow which I didn't have a problem with if I lived. When I got home, I called and told them what is with all the late fees I told them I was going to OSU for cancer surgery. They said sorry can't help you. I am getting ready to sell my house and won't tell them sorry about your luck. This is for Troy Ohio.
