I spoke with Amanda in Ellijay by phone today, February 4, 2026. She is the third person I have spoken with since being without propane since Friday, January 30, 2026. I have an 84-year-old invalid sister living here as well, and we have been without heat. Amanda went above and beyond, answering all my questions and concerns and ensuring a propane delivery ASAP. The five stars are for Amanda!
Absolutely the worst propane supplier, and the customer service employees need a class in customer relations...
I paid $1215.25 on 12/24 for full tank of propane. The CSR said it would be 7 to 10 days. We were only at 10%, CSR said we should be fine but call back if you have a problem. Called back the morning of 1/3 (10 days) saying we wont make the weekend. CSR says no worries your on the delivery schedule today. Superior Plus Propane, owning Proflame, sends out duplicate bills to it's customers! This is not only a waste of money for them, but can be very confusing to older folks who may have some memory issues and pay the same bill twice!! My mom was doing just that when she began having memory problems. It was discovered that the duplicate payments WERE NOT returned to her!! It wasn't this company, BUT I have my doubts that duplicate payments are returned here either! A very BAD PRACTICE for a business to use. Margie M.
Been with superior for 6years in buck pa. Monday I call tell them I’m at 15% and I need to be filled Wednesday comes they still are not at the house to fill call again they say we are scheduled for 2/9/22 at this point we are at 1% I asked could I pay a fee to have someone out today they said no we don’t do that we will try to get someone out tomorrow the price is $4.69 a gl I said no thanks come pick up your tanks and I called a local family owned company called c&l fuel of Bristol pa they came out and had new tanks and f... read more
