I don't take posting negative online reviews lightly. I own a business, and it is much better to resolve any issues that arise directly with the company. However, my experience with Superior Plus Propane has been awful. We use propane to power our furnace and stove. We are enrolled in tank monitoring, meaning there is a monitor in the tank that directly alerts the company when the propane is low, and they come and refill it. Superior plus I just joined up with the company there propane is the cheapest I found around I would highly recommend them for there service
They assessed a large fee for not using enough propane, which I discovered only when I went online to schedule a delivery less than a month later. There was no email or advance notice. If they had sent a message a week or two before the fee was assessed I would have happily scheduled my delivery sooner. I called and they were not willing to work with me at all. I'm unimpressed. I've also started comparison shopping, and it looks like their prices per gallon are almost $2 higher than the current average in our region!
This was the first time I have dealt with Superior since I recently moved. They were very helpful and exceeded my expectations with a request on very short notice. Customer service is excellent, friendly, understanding, and helpful.
