Local people to deal with (delivery drivers, inspectors, and set up techs) are great. They are super nice, try to make accommodations, and friendly and polite during personal interactions. Unfortunately the company itself believes it is uber important. They have shifted to a call center and the minimum wait time on hold is 45 minutes. Switched from another local supplier who was literally stealing from me with inflated rates and "inspection fees". Superior set up my account, delivered a tank, and filled it within 3 days. Great rates, and fair minimums for a 120 gallon tank. Very happy so far.
