Don't bother going to store because its closed. You can try and call but be prepared to wait for hrs on end. Suburban Propane is the best and they answer quickly and 1 dollar cheaper for gas.
Fell behind on my payments and been trying to catch up. I understand having to pay portions of the prior bill to get a delivery, but the extra $165 to "check the tank for leaks" every time when the tank is empty/ low is a bit much. The kicker for me is the $375 for "expedited delivery" which is 2 days for 100 gallons of propane... about $350/ 3 weeks of product? I pay more in fees than I do for the product. I get everything has a cost and penalties for missing payments but I guess paying over $3000 in the course of 2 or so m... read more
Best propane price and quick set up of tanks. Staff is professional and friendly.
