I have been a customer since I moved into my house up north in 2021. I only need a fill once a year because the only thing in my home that uses propane is my generator and my kitchen stove. It's never been an issue until today. I received a bill for $245.00 with no explanation or info at all for the charges on it. I called the main phone number to ask why and a woman told me it's a fee for not using enough propane.
